Accommodation

The Charm Brighton is a sensational new luxury boutique guesthouse in the heart of Kemptown, Brighton. The guesthouse offers designer living in a traditional setting and the recent refurbishment has transformed the 200 year old building into a stylish and modern hotel with a reassuringly classic ambience. Each room in the elegantly refurbished historic building has been thoughtfully designed to provide all our guests with the most comfortable and restful hotel VIP experience. Our inspirational interior designers have created a delightful and luxurious look and feel, enhanced by ethereal and original artworks in every room.

Our rooms

Parking

There are three options to park your car in Brighton:

Parking bays outside the hotel which cost £14.70 per 24 hour parking period. You can pay with 'PAY BY PHONE' app and leave your car for your entire stay.
Finally, we sell parking permits for £15 if the parking meters located outside the hotel are all taken. The permits are for use in the residential streets surrounding the hotel (marked Zone C) but do not work directly outside the hotel. There is a wider choice of parking areas covered by our parking permits as the seafront streets get filled quickly. Please ask at reception for a map of the Zone C and a permit upon arrival.

Arrival

Check in: Between 3.00 pm and 9.00pm
Check out: Latest check out is 11.00 am.

If you arrive before 3pm, you can use the lounge or drop off your bags whilst we prepare the room.

Early Check
The Charm Brighton strives to have rooms available by 3pm on the day of arrival. If you do require your room earlier, please contact the reception team at least 48 hours before arrival.
Based on our availability, the team will do their best to accomodate your request.

Late Check In
Pre-agreed late check-in is available for £10 (for check in after 10pm.)

Late Check Out
Pre-agreed late check-out opportunities are available at £10 for those treasured extra hours in bed (up to 1pm.)

Payment and Cancelation Policy

You can choose at The Charm between our non-refundable and non-transferable rate and upon booking you will be charged 100% of total cost of accommodation or go for a flexible options and only pay 72h before arrival!

When booking the cardholder agrees that their credit or debit card also guarantees to pay for any additional costs incurred during their stay (i.e. mini bar usage) or to pay for any damage or loss of hotel property and for contravening the No-Smoking policy of the hotel.

All up-selling items are paid 100% in advance.

We only accept cash and the following cards: MasterCard, Visa

Breakfast Times

With a wide range of choice, all ingredients are sourced from local farms and are freshly cooked.

Breakfast at The Charm, Brighton means a delicious choice of the very best produce, always locally sourced where possible and served to you with care by our attentive staff. Buffet table offers choices of cereal, fruit salad, plain and fruit yogurt, fresh croissant, fresh fruit juices. Cooked breakfasts are served with choice of full English seven days a week and during the weekend you can try even our eggs Benedict, smoked salmon with scrambled egg and our special Morning elixir. We also cater for gluten and dairy-free diets.

Luggage

The Charm offers a secure place to leave your luggage before check in or after check out. However, we do ask for extremely valuable items, including money and jewelry, not to be left within bags that are being stored at the hotel.

Children and Extra Beds

Families are flocking to The Charm. We have different family rooms which can accommodate between 3 and 5 guests. We are just 5 minutes away from Brighton Pier and Sea Life Brighton, meaning families with children have very easy access to many great attractions in the city.

Most of our rooms are large enough to fit an extra bed or baby cot. Baby cots are free of charge for children under 2 and extra beds carry an additional charge. For any specific requests, please contact the hotel in advance of your stay.

Pets
For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Smoking
The Charm is proud to be a NON SMOKING HOTEL throughout.
